Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Covenant Media Studio (“the Service”) is operated by Kingdom Capital. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and related services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in.
  • Content you provide: videos, audio, text, titles, captions, and other materials you upload or generate through the pipeline.
  • Platform connections: OAuth tokens and metadata required to publish to third-party platforms you connect (for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Technical data: standard server and analytics information such as IP address, device/browser type, and usage events needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users and prevent abuse;
  • Process and store your media and workflow state (including AI-assisted steps you trigger);
  • Publish to connected platforms when you instruct us to;
  • Communicate about the Service where permitted;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Hosting and subprocessors

We rely on infrastructure providers to run the Service. For example, application hosting may use Vercel; database and file storage may use Supabase; analytics may use Vercel Analytics. Those providers process data under their respective terms and only as needed to deliver the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

When you connect social accounts, information is shared with those platforms according to your authorization and their policies. We do not control how Meta, Google, TikTok, or others handle data on their side.

6. Retention

We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legitimate retention needs.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure; use strong passwords and protect your devices.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights where applicable.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
