1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Covenant Media Studio (“the Service”), operated by Kingdom Capital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Covenant Media Studio provides tools to upload, process with automation or AI assistance, review, schedule, and publish media content to connected third-party platforms (such as social networks). Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service—including generating previews, transcripts or edits where you enable those features, and publishing to platforms you connect.

You represent that you have all rights necessary for your content and that its publication complies with applicable law and each platform's rules.

5. Third-party platforms

Connecting TikTok, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, or other services is subject to those providers' terms and APIs. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rate limits, or account actions taken by those platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• Unauthorized access, probing, or attempting to disrupt or overload systems;
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
• Circumventing limits or billing;
• Using the Service to spam or deceive users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for final review before publish.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
